Our goal at the Registrar's Office is to offer academic support services to students, faculty, staff, alums, and families throughout their college journey and beyond. We maintain the integrity of academic policies and assist students in navigating their college experience with ease to ensure their success. We manage forms and procedures to help make the process as seamless as possible.
We highly recommend the electronic delivery of your transcripts at Pacific Rim Christian University. This option is available for current and former students, and transcripts are conveniently delivered as PDF documents through Populi or directly to your email.
Official Transcript
Important Information
A request must be made in person or in writing to the Registrar for an official transcript of coursework. The student’s academic file must be complete, and the student’s financial account must be paid in full for the transcript request to be processed. The institution provides only electronic transcripts, for which there is no charge. In special cases, a printed transcript may be requested for a fee of $10.00
Transcripts will not be processed for students with financial obligations to Pacific Rim Christian University.
Unofficial transcripts are only available to current students through Populi.
When requesting delivery by mail, include sufficient postal time. An additional 4–5 days each way should be allotted for mail to and from the U.S. Mainland.
