Taking college courses is only a part of the student experience. Being involved in a diverse faith community and participating beyond the classroom is essential for developing Christian character and discovering purpose. Student Life is all about supporting the university’s mission by providing engaging discipleship opportunities in and out of the classroom.

Our Students Life team carries out our mission by focusing on the following areas:

Worship

Students are encouraged to explore, develop, and share their giftings, talents, and passions by participating in weekly student-led community worship. Everyone has a role, whether in hospitality, tech, music, teaching, or prayer. Student Life will help you find opportunities to grow in the ministry service(s) you are passionate about.

Discipleship

Students are challenged to grow in the Fruit of the Spirit and to pursue Spiritual Gifts. Student Life assists our students' spiritual, emotional, and social development through coaching, personal mentoring, and holding them accountable.

Community

Unity requires diversity. Students from all over the world and many denominational backgrounds come together here at Pacific Rim Christian University. This gives our students the opportunity to learn from one another, discuss theological differences, develop a Kingdom mindset, and discover why they believe what they believe.

Outreach

Students apply servant leadership principles by assisting those in need within our greater community. Student Life helps students develop a greater love for others by providing ministry opportunities to serve our neighbors outside of the classroom.
