The Financial Aid Office manages billing and payments at Pacific Rim Christian University. Please see the details below for their location and contact information.
Payments Due
To ensure enrollment in the upcoming semester, payment of all tuition, room and board, and fees must be completed in full before the start date. Please review the academic calendar for specific semester start dates related to your program.
Student Account Billing, E-bills
For new students, the first billing statement will be sent to the address on file via mail. From then on, PacRim will exclusively provide monthly billing statements online through email. You will receive a notification in your PacRim student email account whenever a new E-bill is available. Once you've viewed your E-bill statement, you can choose to print a hard copy for your Records.
View Your Account Online
You may view your account balance, enroll in a Tuition Payment Plan, or Make a Payment at any time in Populi.
Student Making Payment
Login to Populi using your Username and Password
Go to My Profile (top-right corner) > Financial > Dashboard; you'll see a list of unpaid invoices and your Pay Now amount. Click Make a Payment to go to the payment page.
Someone Else Making Payment
Login to Populi using your Username and Password
Go to My Profile > Financial > Dashboard under Pay Now—OR, on the payment page—click Someone else paying?
A link to the payment page will appear.
Copy the link and share it with the person paying your tuition.
The link will take them to the payment page
*Note
This link is valid for up to 400 calendar days.
Every time someone uses it to pay, the clock resets, and it's suitable for another 400 days. If you ever need to change the link, click the Regenerate link to create a new one.
Check Your Student Email for Important Reminders
Financial clearance may be achieved by the settlement of all semester charges through one or more of the following methods:
Payment in full of the net amount due (see Payment Options below)
Enrollment in a tuition payment plan (See Monthly Tuition Payment Plan details below)
Financial aid awards and loans
Military Education Benefits
Tuition waivers
Third-party payment
For Military Education Benefits, tuition waivers, and third-party payments, please ensure official verification is submitted to the Financial Aid Office, your PacRim Program Coordinator, or the PacRim VA representative before the first day of the term. If you are entitled to military education benefits with ArmyIgnitED, please complete your registration via the ArmyIgnitED website.
Payment Options
Online: Payments can be made with any major credit card, debit card, or electronic check.
In Person: You may pay at the Financial Aid office at the Sunset Towers from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30. p.m, Monday through Friday (except holidays). Cash, check, or money order only. Payments by credit card are not accepted in person.
By Phone: Payment by phone is no longer available.
Check or Money Order: Checks or money orders sent by mail should be made payable to “Pacific Rim Christian University” in US dollars and mailed to:

Monthly Tuition Payment Plan
You may enroll in a tuition payment plan via Student Self-Service if you pay tuition in monthly increments. The Day Undergraduate Tuition Payment Plan allows you to pay for the current semester using four monthly installments. There is an enrollment fee of $55 per term but no monthly finance charges.

Open enrollment for the fall semester tuition payment plan begins July 1st, and the spring semester tuition payment plan open enrollment begins December 1st.
